Billing & AR
Intouch Treasury includes a powerful billings function. Raise invoices from Internet, POS or Reservations Center sales to account customers. Closely linked with the flip-side of the discipline, receivables, billings allows for finance charges to be added to your billings. Periodic billings are also supported in the system providing printed, faxed or emailed invoice documents or direct debits from credit cards, bank cards or bank accounts. Purchases made on account through the Intouch SalesPoint system are tracked with this module. It provides an Aged Trial Balance interface to your receivables as an adjunct to your integrated accounting system. Billings from Intouch are automatic and immediate, providing a balance forward view for payments and reconciliation. Reporting is the Achilles Heal of any business system. Intouch implemented the best you could get – Crystal Reports in 1993. But the challenge has always been that even its requirements for database structure knowledge and high level mathematical skills limited its practical use.
